This is a simple perl program written by Matthew M. Wright, the code is free and available at worldwidemart.com/scripts/. The code will choose an image at random and place it in the current web browser. The example above is a banner that is picked from a directory of banners on the website. If you click right now on your web browser's refresh you will see a new image appear.
