Tenants Database is a collection of renters and how they rate. Landlords are allowed to enter their own opinion on how these tenants were for them. It is based on their experience with that renter.

Collections Database is a collection of persons who may be at risk to rent to or have outstanding bills to pay. These people are currently in or about to begin court proceedings in debt collection, divorce and other proceedings.
